Dispatch and delivery times.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking details for your order. You can track your package via the link.
Metro areas can take up to 2-5 business days, rural areas can take up to 3-10 business days.
Longer period of wait times may occur are depending on your location.
Collect from our Kangaroo Point Brewery
If you have selected “Local Pick Up”, please allow 1-3 business days for you order to be processed and packaged, when your order is ready for collection you will receive an email letting you know that that your order has been fulfilled.
The address for our brewery is 89 Main Street, Kangaroo Point QLD 4169. If you have accidentally selected “Local Pick Up” as your shipping method and you need it to be shipped, send an email to [email protected] with your order number and we will provide a link to purchase shipping.
Booze orders
All booze orders will require an 18+ photo ID and signature on delivery, so we are unable to send to a PO Box. Please provide a physical address we can send your order to.
International orders.
At this time, we are unable to ship internationally. (Please enquire with our team on individual circumstances, locations and pricing for specific consideration)

Processing Refunds
We aim to process your refund within 24-72 hours of us receiving it where possible. We’ll also send you an email as soon as we have done so. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We want to make sure that you’re happy with your merch, so we will gladly exchange or refund your item(s) if you change your mind. In order for us to do so, we just need:
- Item(s) unworn and in resalable condition.
- Item(s) unwashed/unaltered.
- Include proof of purchase, quoting your original order number (for example order #01234).
- Lastly, we just ask that the items are returned and received within 30 days of your original order date.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of posting their order back. Please consider a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
We’ll happily exchange your item(s) pending availability of stock and as long as the value of the new item is the same or less value (and must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed). We’ll even cover the cost to send the exchanged item back to you! If you’re in the Brisbane area, you can visit the brewery (89 Main Street) to exchange your item(s) and have the chance to enjoy a few coldies off tap while you’re here. Please email [email protected] prior to visiting the brewery to ensure stock is available.
