Our 3rd annual Pink Boots brew, Abby and the team have put together a velvety Oat Cream IPA. Big early and late dry hop additions to this absolute smasher bring big notes of orange zest with grapefruit and tropical citrus.

Wet Hop DIPA
Utilising 40 kilos of freshly picked Centennial and Columbus hops via local legends Hilltop Hop Farms, we’ve brewed a slightly dank DIPA.
A heavy and elongated whirlpool hop addition brings a super clean bitterness, complimenting a traditional floral and grassy fresh hop aroma with a surprising orange peel citrus. It’s a heavy hitter that drinks a bit too smooth, showcasing the quality of what the boys at Hilltop Hop Farms are producing.

Extra Special Bitter
Taking a jump back in time looking at an OG beer style that tends to be neglected. A traditional ESB, while pouring a deep copper colour that catches the eye, this beer is dominated by the malt and yeast driven notes as only the English style can. A subtle dry hop lends a bit of herbal citrus to round things out. No harm in cracking a few of these on an Australian winters day.
