A bold and inviting Red IPA (ABV 6.5%) that celebrates tradition with a modern twist. Pouring a deep coppery red with a creamy foam cap, this annual release boasts a rich malt backbone of toasty caramel and dried fruits. Layers of Simcoe and Mosaic hops bring a vibrant complexity of sweet berry, pine, and citrus zest on the nose, followed by a perfectly balanced interplay of citrus bitterness and smooth malt depth on the palate. A beer for crisp evenings and good company.
