Using an old-world method called decoction mashing, we’ve transformed German Pilsner and Vienna malt into a beer bursting with sweet, toasty, bready flavours, perfectly balanced by gentle herbal hops. The result? A rich golden pour, a dense creamy head, and a clean, crushable finish made for steins and celebrations.
