Here at Sea Legs, we’re known for our delicious food menu that goes beyond traditional ‘pub grub’. Think Detroit-style and hand-stretched pizza bases with gourmet toppings and crust dippers, frickles, stacked burgers, smoked wings in 6 flavours, and a Cobb salad that’s sure to impress. We do offer a selection of gluten–free items, including gluten–free pizza bases, burger buns, and smoked chicken wings. Our chefs take great care in the preparation of these items to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, and food safety is a top priority for us. However, please note that unfortunately we do not have separate fryers or dedicated kitchen areas exclusively for gluten–free food preparation. As a result, while we make every effort to reduce the risk, we cannot guarantee that any of our menu items are completely free from gluten. We offer a range of Two-Bays 100% gluten–free beers in the fridge and all of our core-range beers at Sea Legs use Brewers Clarex, an enzyme that makes them heavily gluten reduced.
